Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to close permanently and transfer to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, a section of abandoned highway reservation at Benoit’s Cove, comprising a parcel measuring 2720m², as described in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission.
