Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $15,700,000 against its 2014-15 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Marco Services Ltd. for the construction of the new West End High School in St. John’s.
