Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy to Ms. Wanda Kirby, for an area of land comprising 36m² fronting on Three Island Pond, in Paradise, as defined in application E-146701 for the purpose of an existing wharf, subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
