Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $1,997,400 against its 2017-18 budget appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Magna Contracting & Management Inc. for the construction of Virginia Park School.
