Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant for 4,000m², as defined in application E-145112 and situated in Goobies, to Mr. Jeffrey Nickerson, for the purpose of a recreational cottage, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
