College Act, 1996
Under the authority of section 10 of the College Act, 1996, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Hughie Andrew Smith to the Board of Governors of the College of the North Atlantic as a student representative, for a two-year term, effective immediately.
