Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $2,121,204 in 2013/14 to facilitate the award of a contract to Weirs Construction Ltd. for site work for the West End High School Project.
