Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the appointment of Mr. Christopher D.G. Pike, as a full-time Review Commissioner, at his current salary, to September 30, 2016, or until the recruitment process in accordance with the Independent Appointments Commission Act is concluded, whichever is earlier.
