Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Joe Dunford as Assistant Deputy Minister (Transportation), in the Department of Transportation and Works, on an acting basis, effective August 1, 2016, with salary at Step 7 of the 1788 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
