Under the authority of section 7(2)(b) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy Crown land, comprising an area of 1,339 m2, in the Electoral District of Windsor-Springdale, to Badger Bay Mussel Farms Ltd. for the purpose of a mussel loading area and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
