Under the authority of sections 3, 4 and 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby revokes the appointment of Mr. John Ottenheimer as Member, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation and OC2015-149, effective July 25, 2016.
