Under the authority of section 7 of the College Act, 1996 and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert Gardiner as President and Chief Executive Officer of the College of the North Atlantic on an acting basis, effective August 1, 2016, in addition to his existing duties as Assistant Deputy Minister in the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, with a 10% increase applied to his current salary for the duration of the acting appointment only
