Executive Council Act
Under the authority of subsection 11(3) of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the amendment of Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprise Company Contract #1111 by deleting the corporate name “Provincial Aviation Maintenance Services Inc.” and substituting therefor “PAL Aerospace Ltd.”.
