Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $1,760,000 plus adjustments for CPI (St. John’s), against its budgetary appropriations in each of the next 10 years, for the provision of 81,421 square feet of hangar space from Central Holdings Inc.
