Environmental Protection Act
Under the authority of subsection 50(2) of the Environmental Protection Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs that the proposed 72-hectare recreational vehicle park adjacent to La Manche Provincial Park not proceed due to non-compliance with the Crown Reserve in effect in the area.
