Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Natural Resources, effective August 18, 2016, consisting of all of those functions formerly within the Department of Natural Resources, with the following five branches:
a) Mines;
b) Energy;
c) Royalties and Benefits;
d) Petroleum Development; and
e) Corporate Services.
