Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Donna O’Brien as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Regional Services Delivery), in the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, effective August 18, 2016, at her current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
