Under the authority of subsection 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board to issue a request for proposals to secure transportation and processing services for the Used Beverage Container Recycling Program in accordance with section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
