Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Frances Knickle as the Director of Public Prosecutions in the Department of Justice and Public Safety, on an acting basis, effective August 18, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1610 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
