Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Lynn Sullivan as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Royalties and Benefits), in the Department of Natural Resources, on an acting basis, effective August 22, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1404 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
