Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Darryl Johnson as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Occupational Health and Safety), in the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, on an acting basis, effective September 1, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1308 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
