Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Patricia A. Hearn as the Deputy Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, effective September 26, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2384 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
