Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Ted Lomond as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, effective August 18, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
