Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Colleen Janes as Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment and Climate Change, effective August 18, 2016, at her current salary and Point Scale, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
