Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Stephen Crocker to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agrifoods with effect from August 18, 2016.
