Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Christopher Mitchelmore to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development; and Minister Responsible for the Research and Development Corporation, with effect from August 18, 2016.
