Under the authority of section 53(1) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation, the Minister of Justice, and the Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs to sign
 a) a Restatement of an Agreement on Terms of Land Transfer for Expansion of the Samiajij Miawpukek Indian Reserve, and
 b) an amendment to Transfer of Administration and Control Number 127337 to eliminate the provincial reservation of water rights in the parcel of land described in the Schedule to Transfer of Administration and Control Number 127337.
