Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Elizabeth Day as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, on an acting basis, in addition to her duties as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Social Policy), effective August 19, 2016 to August 26, 2016, at her current salary.
