Under the authority of section 35 of the Act to Amend the Pensions Funding Act and the Teachers’ Pensions Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim:
a) section 1; section 2; section 3; section 4 with respect to paragraph 2(1)(k) only; section 6; section 8; and section 31 with respect to section 39.6 only, of An Act to Amend the Pensions Funding Act and the Teachers’ Pensions Act into force on August 31, 2016; and
b) all remaining sections of An Act to Amend the Pensions Funding Act and the Teachers’ Pensions Act into force on August 23, 2016.
