Memorial University Act
Under the authority of sub-section 4(2) and section 37 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University to construct a new Animal Resource Centre, subject to Government’s four-stage infrastructure approval process.
