Under the authority of sub-section 41(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University to borrow $15,600,000 to meet the matching funds requirement in the Post-Secondary Institutions Strategic Investment Fund Contribution Agreement for the new Animal Resource Centre with Memorial University to repay the loan, and any project cost overruns, through its ongoing efficiency review savings.
