Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $10,000 against its budgetary appropriations, for each year from 2017-18 to 2020-21, to facilitate the award of a contract to Carleton Technologies for support and maintenance of the new Point of Sale Solution for the Rooms Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
