Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and section 21 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to remunerate Mr. Max Harvey, Assistant Deputy Minister (Marine Transportation), the amount of $7045.35 in compensation for the temporary performance of executive duties normally covered by the incumbent in the Assistant Deputy Minister (Transportation) position, between November 1, 2015 – July 31, 2016.
