Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2016, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of $510,000 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Civil Division Allowances and Assistance, Main Object (Subhead 2.1.01.09) for the settlement of litigation between the Province and A.L. Stuckless & Sons Limited.
