Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $1,040,000 against its 2017-2018 budgetary appropriations to facilitate a contract award for the replacement of the LaManche Bridge to Trident Construction Limited.
