Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy to Mr. Brian White, for an area of land comprising 55m2 at Indian Arm Pond, as defined in application C-147637, for the purpose of a slipway and wharf, subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
