Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands lease to Continental Holdings Limited, for an area of land not exceeding 567m2, in the Town of Belleoram, as defined in application C-128756, for the purpose of commercial wharf infrastructure, subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such leases.
