Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a License to Occupy to the Green Bay Rod and Gun Club Inc., for an area of land not exceeding 37.3 hectares, near the Town of Springdale, as defined in application C-145394, for the purpose of a shooting range safety template (buffer zone), subject to terms and conditions normally applicable to such licences.
