Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant, comprising an area of land not exceeding 76 hectares, as described in application W-105525 and situated in the community of St. Andrew’s, to Mr. James Anderson and Ms. Diane Anderson, for the purpose of a camping park, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
