Under the authority of paragraphs 5(2)(a) and (b) and section 6 of the Professional Fish Harvesters Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agrifoods to reappoint and appoint the following individuals to the Professional Fish Harvesters Certification Board, effective immediately, for a term ending December 31, 2018:
 Reappointments
 a) Ms. Mildred Skinner, representing the Fish, Food and Allied Workers;
 b) Mr. Mike Noonan, representing the Fish, Food and Allied Workers;
 c) Mr. Dwight Spence, representing the Fish, Food and Allied Workers;
 Appointments
 d) Mr. Robert Keenan, representing the Fish, Food and Allied Workers; and
 e) Mr. Reginald Best, representing a registered fisheries co-operative.
