Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit funds in the amount of $185,712 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2017/18 through to 2025/26 and $61,904 in fiscal year 2026/27, to facilitate a 10-year lease contract with Cyril Babb Limited for the provision of space for the Provincial Court at Harbour Grace.
