Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, to appoint Mr. Bernard Coffey as the Clerk of the Executive Council and Secretary to Cabinet, effective September 21, 2016, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2676 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
