Under the authority of sections 3, 4 and 7 of the Housing Corporation Act, paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, and Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Julia Mullaley as a Member, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, in an acting capacity, effective September 21, 2016 and until such time as the positions are permanently filled, at her current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
