Supply Act
Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2016, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of $338,500 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Civil Division Allowances and Assistance, Main Object (Subhead 2.1.01.09) for the settlement of litigation files 2013 01G 3080; 2016 01G 3529; and 2014 06G 0183.
