Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Public Inquiries Act, 2006, to make the Order entitled “Commission of Inquiry Respecting the Death of Mr. Donald Dunphy Order”, to:
a) appoint the Honourable Leo Barry as the sole member of the Commission of Inquiry;
b) set the terms of reference for the Commission of Inquiry;
c) set June 30, 2017, as the date for the termination of the Commission of Inquiry and for the delivery of the Commissioner’s report; and
d) designate the Minister of Justice and Public Safety as the minister responsible for the Commission of Inquiry.
