Under the authority of section 16 of the Citizens’ Representative Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to refer the matter of the history and treatment of Donald Dunphy’s claim by Workplace NL to the Citizen’s Representative for investigation and report, and the Citizens’ Representative shall;
a) make a report to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council that the Citizens’ Representative considers appropriate; and
b) deliver a copy of the report to the Dunphy Family in the manner that the Citizens’ Representative considers appropriate.
