Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize a remittance of gasoline tax in the amount of 2.9 cents per litre to the retail purchaser, in Zones 11a and 14, as defined by the Public Utilities Board, effective October 1 - 31, 2016.
