Under the authority of section 6 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Dennis Hogan, as the Chief Executive Officer of Workplace NL, effective October 2, 2016, with a contract to be negotiated by Mr. Hogan and Workplace NL, subject to the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, and to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
