Under the authority of subsections 3(3) and 4(1) of the Energy Corporation Act, and subsection 245(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors for Nalcor Energy, to the extent that it is within the Board of Directors’ discretion, to:
a) not approve the provision of a cost of living adjustment for Nalcor Energy’s non-bargaining, management and executive employees; and
b) take such steps as are required to ensure that subsidiaries of Nalcor Energy do not approve the provision of a cost of living adjustment for those subsidiaries’ non-bargaining, management and executive employees.
