Under the authority of subsections 4(1) and 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors for Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, to the extent that it is within the Board of Directors’ discretion, to:
a) not approve the provision of a cost of living adjustment for Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro’s non-bargaining, management and executive employees; and
b) take such steps as are required to ensure that subsidiaries of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro do not approve the provision of a cost of living adjustment for those subsidiaries’ non-bargaining, management and executive employees.
